• Initial 60-minute private Zoom or phone consultation and assessment with Len. • Detailed analysis and review of written responses to comprehensive intake questionnaire. • Four 60-minute bi-weekly Zoom or phone training sessions to develop a program and apply warm-up, exercise intensity, flexibility and breathing techniques to improve your endurance, strength and stamina. • This program is helpful for individuals with low to moderate asthma, allergies, lung conditions and active older adults.
