Service Description
• Initial 60-minute private Zoom or phone consultation and assessment with Len to initiate, modify or re-engage in a health and fitness program. • Detailed analysis and review of your responses to comprehensive intake questionnaire. • Develop a comprehensive written action plan to start, resume or modify a sustainable health and fitness course of action. • Introductory program components: full body with varying intensity & progression, core activation, flexibility, corrective posture, mobility and alignment, utilizing light dumbbells, med ball, resistance tubing and body weight. • Each 60-minute training session is customized to your exact needs, abilities and interests.
